IGS Cleaning Services is an established commercial cleaning company
based in Kent. We have over 14 years experience in commercial cleaning.
We clean offices, shops, public houses, end of tenancy cleans, building
sites and to complete the service sparkle cleans. We stand by our
promotion line,

IGS cleaning services are a company that specialise in Builders Cleans,
Floor scrubbing and Buffing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and shop
cleans. Public house cleans and to complete the service sparkle cleans.

Mr John Cook started IGS in 1993. He established the business by
cleaning one office on a local business park. This led to bigger and better
things. We now hold many major cleaning contracts with several large
companies in the area. We also have completed builders cleans on the
many new business parks in the Kent County. In 2007 Mr Cook decided
to retire after many years of hard work.
Mr Mark Chapman and Bernadette took over in January 2008. Mark had
previously owned his own building business in Surrey and was ready for
the challenge ahead. IGS has continued to expand and thrive under Marks
guidance and we are looking forward to many years of good working
partnerships and service to the community.
