The business centre offers a number of individual office units ranging between 600 - 2,000 square feet of which two are currently available.

Unit 4A , 942 square feet , £11,000 per year plus VAT and service charges.

Unit 7 , 813 square feet , £9,760 per year plus VAT and service charges.

Denne Hill Cross Country Course

Denne Hill continues to be the leading established Cross Country Course in the South East. There are now over 45 professionally built fences including a large Water Complex, Irish Bank, Chair fence, Steeplechase fences and a wide range of other obstacles over a 4+ mile course.

Annual Membership £150
(can bring up to 2 guests @ £17/head)

Six Months Membership £100
(can bring 1 guest @ £17/head)

Open Days 2006
The course will be open to non-members on the last Sunday in the month (excluding 31st July – RDA Show). Riders to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. Pre-booking is not required.

In the event of continuous wet weather the course may have to be closed. Please telephone beforehand.
