Denne Hill continues to be the leading BHS Registered Cross Country Training Course in the South East. There are now over 45 professionally built fences including a large Water Complex, Irish Bank, Chair fence, Steeplechase fences and a wide range of other obstacles over a 4+ miles. Additional features include a number of mobile cross country fences and a show jumping arena situated in the walled garden. The Ride Centre operates from an original timber granary building in the parking area.
The Denne Hill Cross Country Course was
established nearly 20 years ago following the storm
of 1987 and has been the leading BHS registered
novice training course in the South East for
some years.

The take off and landing improvements carried out in 2007 have proved very successful and enabled the course to be ridden in most conditions.
In addition to the existing popular water complex and 40+ other professionally built fences we are planning to provide extra small portable fences.

The course at Denne Hill is suitable for both the
experienced and novice rider and fences range
from a simple log jump to fences of 60cm (2ft) to
106cm (3ft 6in) in height approximately.
Denne Hill offers relaxed and carefree off
road riding for all the family whilst the more
advanced level fences provide a challenge for the
competitive rider.
